I didn't realize until recently that if you make a bet in one geographical state, you can't receive any cash outs if are physically located in another state.
I went to eat at a restaurant in Indiana and placed a bet there. I left and went back home in Illinois and while on the way back the picks were looking good...practically inevitable....but no early payout offer:
