I agree with him in that many of my official relationships have been with girls I was friends with first. In today's climate and if I was single, I ain't with going/ paying for dates with birds who see me as a free lunch...esp in DC.

He basically said he’s friends with women first. Being a friend of his comes with perks. If a relationship develops from that, then he’s expecting marriage.
He doesn’t go out to meet random women, to spend money and time on, just to fukk or “get to know each other “.
