Logically it wouldn’t make sense to use Robinson over Obama for when everyone knows her as Obama already. I could see if Barack got caught in a cheating scandal or some shyt but even then it’s still. 1,000,000 times more famous than Robinson.

But that’s not the case, she never said she was picking another surname, especially since it will be changed anyway through marriage. Sounds like she’s trying to do music or something and just going by her first name like Aaliyah, Rihanna, Beyoncé, Cassie, Nivea, Monica, Drake, etc.
