BURLINGTON, Wash. -- At least four people are confirmed dead after a shooting at Cascade Mall in Skagit County, the Washington State Patrol says.
The shooter has not been caught, and was last seen walking towards Interstate 5, away from the mall, Sgt. Francis with WSP tells KOMO News.
According to WSP, the suspected shooter is a Hispanic man wearing grey.

Medics rushed to the scene to help the wounded victims whose injuries are unknown.
Reports stating there was an armed suspect at Cascade Mall came in shortly after 7 p.m. According to witnesses, a shooter walked into Macy's and opened fire.
Police have swarmed the area, and ask that the public stays away while they search for the armed man.
Several neighboring businesses have been evacuated. Survivors employees in the mall are on lock down.
