No one. He tried to jack someone. It wasn’t really a car jacking. There was just an accident where he was badly hurt by a truck, dazed and confused, he tried to take someone else’s car and fight the pigs on scene. Dude had pieces of his brain on the street bruh. He was fukked up. I would not hold that against him given the circumstances.
