The OP is right....

But keep in mind this movie wasnt based on historical accuracy

It was designed to give 50 a larger role image wise in regards to that era and his relationship with Preme and Fat Cat

So yes there is a lot of embellishment

Especially with the officer byrne situation

The movie was loosely based homie..he obviously didnt Kill Preme. And Preme didn't have a son. Also he indicates Fat Cat should be his real father in real life...that part I think is true though...
