I'm almost 40 and a lot of my nieces and nephews are in the YN to BB age range.

So I'm already "Unc" status. Think it's tricky for Millenials because we don't look as old as our parents/grandparents did when they were our age....so we don't see ourselves as being Unc even though we are.
