He’s fukked. It’s like a bank depositing money in your account by mistake and finding out and reversing the transaction weeks later. It’s on him to notify payroll in writing to cover his ass.
They fired him lol. Why would he keep coming to collect pay checks if he felt he was fired? This doesn’t make sense.

"The MTA is also investigating, with spokesperson Tim Minton saying ‘anyone who inappropriately took public money will be held accountable to the full extent of the law’."

Mufukkas like this disgust me. They always pop up talking about who needs to be held accountable to the law, but yet that same judicial system is a fukkin joke. We just seen a woman murder a guy in his own apartment and get 5-10 years with the fukkin judge hugging her. And what about politicians who straight murder up hundreds of thousands of people? That full extent don't apply to them all of a sudden. fakkits like that always pick and choose who it applies to.

You gotta stop while you ahead

Can’t finesse forever

At any point if he had gone back and told them to stop paying him, they would have went back and investigated. Even if he had just stopped showing up to pick up the check..... He was doomed from the start...

that's different than a bank randomly giving you money, he was still working for the company and told them of the medical leave, he didn't know he was terminated.

An employee cannot be terminated on an approved leave of absence until they Return to active status. If he was on an approved leave, and that leave expired without approval of a long term disability extension, he was most likely notified his leave wasn’t approved and he was considered active status. It does not look like he ever reported to work so they most likely fired him for job abandonment.

He is bullshytting because he was receiving full pay...disability never pays full pay as it’s usually between 60 and 70 percent of your weekly salary. If he is on disability his paycheck would come from who ever administers the disability benefit and it would be monthly and he wouldn’t be picking it up from his place of employment it would come in the mail or direct deposit. This nikka new he was getting over. All they have to do is follow the paper trail. Most payroll systems are automated and and a wrong data can trigger someone back on it the payroll. If they never submitted the term to payroll, he is still on the hook as long as it shows he was terminated and notified.

He tried to get retro pay for a job that he never showed up to work...because they never mailed him an acceptance letter:baldhuh:

So what was the retro pay for :baldhuh:

MTA workers were working without contracts, and were given "retropay" checks once the new contract was settled.
