So I called DirecTV today to try to get them to take off auto-bill payments from my account...bytch on the phone was real nice, all polite and shyt.
She told she had taken care of everything that automatic-bill payment would be taken off ASAP. So I go on my account to check and
they already took their money. For the past 2 years they have charged my account every 5th or 6th. Just when i called them today to take that shyt off they decided to take their money ASAP too.
