here's my thing, if you're gonna use a blanket, it doesn't help if you wake up sweating.

I really don't get anything above like...71. After that you're playing games.

It depends on the size of the house too.

Indoor temperatures are a weird science. Thermal comfort - Wikipedia

Its almost impossible for me to sleep with the temperature over 72, and 72 is pushing it. Sweet spot for me has always been 68 - 70. I usually keep the ceiling fan on full blast too, unless the wife complains. We visited my inlaws around the 4th of July last year and they kept the house at 76 - 77. :what: I legit told them it was all love, but I wasn't gonna make it. I get up to go the bathroom that evening and my mother in law is folding laundry in the den wearing a robe and shawl like

It was 73 in the house. :dahell: It was at least 75 outside! Better check those iron levels. :usure: They cranked it down to 71 for me that night and I slept like a baby. Idk how folks sleep in those mid 70 temps. My house doesn't even get above 73 in the winter.

I used to live in Phoenix. It got so hot in the summer, that even with the ac blowing nonstop, the coldest it would get was like 80F. To be honest, you get used to it. When I was in Chicago I had my shyt set to like 65 in the summer and that was perfect. 65 in Phoenix is cold
