Man it’s alarming to me how many millennials are dying young

I’ve been thinking about this myself. I personally know several people that have passed from heart attacks, cancer, Covid and other health issues. In all of those cases it wasn’t as simple as “man take care of your health”, especially with the cancer.

My homegirl passed last year from lung cancer (non smoker). She had two daughters under four and her husband still hasn’t recovered. He’s so fukked up that the kids had to go live with her mother, I feel for dude.

The thing is you can do everything right and still go. There is someone your age right now and younger who exercised ate veggies and fruits slept 8 hrs a day and still died early.

We were the first generation introduced to all the super sugary and processed GMO foods. Lucky Charms, Skittles, Pop Tarts, Hot pockets and microwave dinners and BS. We're all in trouble. A lot of us are chronic dehydrated. Never drinking enough water. We all need to fast to reverse some of this.


Not to mention all the drugs and medications we've been flooded with.

yeah some folks their grandpa died of a heart attack in their 50s, dad died in their 50s odds are you are a higher risk of a heart attack in your 50s

US has like the lowest life expectancy for a 1st world country. the house of cards is going to fall in this country within our lifetimes, this model aint sustainable.
