Juxtaposed to the black man being imprisoned, it is correct. Context is key and in your attempt to be intersectional you actually contributed to the erasure of the black man in chains and the odds of him being in that position as opposed to the white woman.

And also, there are more white women judges then non-white men in state courts, almost double AND this includes anyone who is non white. I’m sure this figure is much higher relative to black men in particular. So why not quote a more relevant source instead of trying to paint a narrative with selective information?
