The parolee should never see another day of sunlight again.
I believe parole is an important part of the judicial system. The vast majority of parolees do not reoffend. I won't let this isolated incident change my opinion on parole in general. I think a tighter restriction on parole for inmates convicted of seriously violent crimes is in order, either through a longer wait time for parole consideration, or concrete proof that they are rehabilitated.
