A man shot in Kentucky shot his roommate in the buttocks over a Hot Pocket
Clifton Williams, 64, was charged with assault. His bond was set at $7,500
Williams and the male victim got into an argument in their Louisville home after he discovered his final hot pocket had been eaten.
'Victim states his roommate Mr. Williams got mad he ate the last Hot Pocket,' an officer wrote in notes obtained by WLKY.
As the row escalated Williams 'began throwing tiles at him' and the victim told police he tried to "beat his ass" in retaliation, only making matters worse
Williams then went inside and got a pistol, which he used to shoot the roommate in the buttocks as he was trying to leave, according to police.
The man told police he yelled, "Don't shoot," but Williams 'shot him in the ass while he was trying to leave'.
The roommate said he fled a few blocks from the home to get help, after which he was taken to the University of Louisville Hospital for treatment.
