Fact is that 99% of white folks don't give a fukk.. THEY know how racist other whites are. Know how disciminatory they are. But THEY not gonna DO a damn thing about it. Greatest lesson I ever learned having white friends in school. I like the idea of black owned banks, but you have much more bargaining power with cash. You also get a better return on your investment through real estate and borrowing money just runs the risk of foreclosure. This is how properties comes up for grabs for just anyone.
