1st of all, they never had to trade Kyrie but they did for a midget. 2nd, management needs to build teams that are built to last and they got lazy. Lance was available for cheap the previous year and they skipped out on him. The Paul George trade could have been made but they fluffed their lines. The Cavs management are just incompetent
