I know the industrial revolutions during the 18th and 19th century changed the game but 20th century was on an entirely different level. Automobiles 
. Airplanes/jets/helicopters. Rocket ships/satellites . Computers/ internet. Television/radio. Animation/video games . Atomic bombs/hydrogen bombs. Cell phones. There's much more I'm missing but you get the point in the previous centuries the tech changes seemed more gradual then the 20th century just crushed the buildings just new shyt after new shyt
