my parents been living in my current apartment for more than 20 years, and now they moved back to DR.
So , technically is my apartment even though its leased under my dad , and i only pay $750.
This is in the bronx by the way.

Part of Brooklyn for less

Yea I know I say this all the time but my parents pay $1400 for a large 3 bedroom
my apartment is so big the cacs in the building have been low key angry my parents scored it lol

No roommates and in south Brooklyn. Nice safe area but not a lot of black folks tho. Lots of Eastern Europeans, Asians and Jewish folks.
the black areas in south Brooklyn are mostly multi family houses and I don’t like rental from houses. Not enough protection compared to buildings

No need. My building is rent stabilized and we been here since 94. The current apartment since 2002
Same , my aparment is pretty big as well. 2 big bedrooms with a lot of closets ( one walk-in in the hallway) .
Im sure that once we finally give this apartment up , the next person will pay between 1500-2000.

The rent for your building is stabilized, so why you talking like there's plenty of spots for less than $1900?
