Yeah, I was expecting him to do way more damage, but he hit him just once and gave him a lil speech... could've jellied his biscuit, but didn't...I get the feeling he owed money to somebody powerful. If it was pure malice, it would only take two more hits to the head and he'd be in the upper room. Dude on the ground was a defenseless as a baby, but the attacker showed an unusual amount of restraint.
But because the attacker spoke to him afterwards, it gives me vibes that this was just a warning. Probably some mob or gang sht
