yes...he's always been strong, but during and after 'planet hulk' and WWH, he was elevated to 'worldbreaker' status....something they call him in planet hulk....anyway, i dont know the new rankings since the reset cause of the movies/tv, but before that it was kinda known that hulk was the strongest on earth, thor was the strongest in space, and they were pretty much even...mind you, that was just for the 'reg' heroes, and not guys like galactus, thanos, apoc, celestials, omega level mutants, and muthafukkas like that....they are on a whole other level...

Nothing really changes. He's not more powerful than Skyfathers like Zeus or Odin, even with the power up, much less Galuctus.
