Man what is up with Amazon lately?

Prime Member here. I haven't experienced anything like that. The only shady thing that happens on my end is that sometimes with the 2 day delivery, UPS will for some reason attempt to deliver my package to the post office instead of bringing it to me. So if the package is due to arrive on Saturday or Sunday UPS will claim that they tried to deliver it to me but I wasn't home. So I won't get my 2 day package until the 3rd day. Not a really big deal.......but I paid for motherfukkin 2 day shipping. Not 3.

If you complain to Amazon they'll give you a credit. They take Prime seriously.

Even if they are late by an hour they'll still give you the credit

I have prime and I still have to deal with AMZL occasionally. Also A1 International on sunday deliveries, they take all day to get here but they at least call you befordhand.

But yeah it's funny when you do 1 day shipping or even prime sometimes and Amazon sends it via those off brand carriers. I got a sunday delivery over the weekend and some dudes in a minivan dropped it off lol

Lowkey, alot of their prices have been inflated as fukk for about a year. I used to be able to seriously undercut the big box stores and save on tax. Then they started charging tax, and the prices started being the same as the big box stores.

Yeah, I just canceled Prime last week, partly because I don't order as much as I used to.

Secondly, Chicago pays sales tax now. So before, buying a game made sense, you'd get it 59.99 flat, order it before it came out, get home from school/work with the shyt at your door

With tax, there's no benefit, I can just go around the corner to Best Buy and pick it up, and with the Gamers Club the shyt would only be $47.

Right now, doesn't make sense for me to have it, I'm really not buying much from there.
