I HATE the guilty by association concept. You should be responsible for your own actions. You shouldn't go to jail because someone else committed a crime.

If you asked a friend for a ride home and the retard has an unregistered gun and drugs then that's all on him. You shouldn't be punished for that. But I guess they got to keep the private prison full.

They should investigate at the scene.. whose bag is the stuff in? Is there a way to assume it’s their bag? Do they have other things in there that belong to them?

Whose car is it? Who is the car registered to? In situations like this the cops will take everyone out of the car and ask them questions separately to see if their stories match up.. often times it doesn’t.

I had Illinois plates for YEARS living in Columbus. I had no run ins with the police whatsoever and I kind of felt insulted. I'm in a bubble Caprice with out of town plates and y'all not gonna even pull me over and search the ride out of suspicion of me traffickin' drugs????
