Just talked to a chick I been rocking with for years, she caught a case down there riding with a nikka. Guess the stupid nikka didn't know that EVERY car with Michigan plates gets flicked in Ohio. Regardless, bro had 5 ounces of coke and a gun on him in the vehicle. He told them everything was his and bro took the blame for everything. They took him, let her leave with the car and return to Michigan.

She had police contact because of family about a week later in Detroit fighting her sister or some shyt. She had to go to jail that night, and they told her she had a warrant in Ohio. She had no idea about the warrant. Ohio came to get her from here and she was charged with every single crime they charged the nikka she was riding with with. Dude had a registered gun, he admitted it was his, and she was charged with the gun too . And they let her leave and drive back to Detroit.

I finally got my number to her thru her mama on Facebook, just heard from her today for the first time.

Is this normal? So they charge everybody in the car with whatever is in the car? Is this true or is she frontin? I can't see how somebody in the car can get charged with a registered gun if the person admitted it was his and it's registered to him. If that is the deal, what the fukk y'all got going on down there?

Also, she's a nanny in jail . Like............... Huh? How? People take their kids to jail for a babysitter? Is it only the kids of the inmates? This is prison, not jail (she got 2 years) but what the fukk is going on in Ohio?

That's a weird ass state. Every time I've been there the whole state just seems like a weird ass place. They literally hunt down Michigan plates. I got flicked in Columbus years ago and they tore my fukkin car up and constantly asked me "are you on a turn around" . It was a black cop too (white partner though), but nikka you using Detroit slang for law enforcement? Man sit yo bytch ass proper talking ass down. nikka says that shyt like his name was Tanner.

I HATE the guilty by association concept. You should be responsible for your own actions. You shouldn't go to jail because someone else committed a crime.

If you asked a friend for a ride home and the retard has an unregistered gun and drugs then that's all on him. You shouldn't be punished for that. But I guess they got to keep the private prison full.

It's not that straight forward breh.....how does the law know for sure she wasnt in on the drugs. You're just thinking of her being innocent because she's a woman. Homie took it all but she might still be guilty. Imagine it this way what if I'm riding with a drug kingpin we get caught and I take the rep for it all cause he's my boss, dangerous and im trying to show out. Does that mean the drug kingpin should be released immediately when he's actually the big fish.
