Mandela Effect or Early Menopause: Are Women Suppose to Go Gray Before Age 40??

Im seeing more women I know in their mid and late 30s going gray. Some have kids. Some don't.

I feel like growing up women didnt hit gray till late 40s....

Am I tripping or is this unusual and yall noticing it too.

I would say small amounts of grey after 35 are normal, with it really picking up in the mid 40s

I think a lot of these issues may come from the food. I feel like it’s why a lot of the younger folks look older bc they were raised all their life on gmo bs... plus they don’t drink water like that.
