Can't emphasize enough how dope Juve is on this.
Great beat from Mannie, and you can tell he's still writing his own verses.
Another dope aspect of this song is the structure...9/10 times this song would be verse/hook/verse/hook etc with each rapper taking a verse.
Instead on that, each one had a part on each verse, and they switched up the order in which they rapped for every verse. Wayne even had 2 parts on the first verse. Point being is that it's rare for a lot of music to deviate from the basic formula these days so it's refreshing to hear something different.

Album opened up my ears to lil wayne...he started showing some skills, imo. His singles prior to that point and posse cut never really drew me in. so by time tha carter dropped I was receptive to wayne.

!!!! if it dropped when it was suppose to it would have shut the game down!!!! I still feel it was one of the biggest ball drops of last decade. the other ball drop was ROSS on his first album passing up blow and that cut with llyod as singles. I played blow like it was a single before the album even dropped.
