Dude is a dummy. His skinny jeans cutting off bloodflow to his tiny brain :dame: miami is the banking capital of latin america. All that money is parked there. Russian money is hidden there. Jews have money there. U dont need construction workers to rent your high rise condo. Telemundo aka latin hollywood/tv is headquartered there etc etc

I think he's overexaggerating on the amount of people in Miami go to work, but he's 100% right on his premise

Worst thing you can do investing in Real Estate is buying Homes/Apartments in an area where there are not a huge manufacturing employer in that area. Those are where the consistent incomes are coming from. I would never invest in a place where there are only people working in the Service industry

Facts a lot of real estate investors don’t take time to analyze the entire country. Despite his video being exaggeration I did learn something

I think it depends. You can't tell me there's NO money in Miami. I've always thought it as a very desirable place like California. Ocean fronts always been desirable.

Most of Miamis wealthy people get their money from someplace else. A lot of “second” homes down there. Especially by people who have homes in the Hamptons
