NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - A woman is accused of stealing a man’s $30,000 watch after being taken to his Airbnb in Nashville, according to an arrest affidavit.
Police said that officers responded to reports of a theft in the area of the 900 block of Southside Place on Thursday.
The victim said that a woman, whom he had brought home from the bar, had stolen his Rolex Daytona. The affidavit states that the victim and his friends met two women at a bar on Broadway.
The victim said that both of the women agreed to come over to their Airbnb.

At some point during their time at the Airbnb, the victim placed his Rolex underneath a hat on the nightstand. The affidavit states that the victim then went to the bathroom.
“The victim states that he came back to the bedroom from the bathroom and observed the defendant reaching over the bed towards where his watch was located,” the affidavit states. “The victim states that the defendant then abruptly left the room.”
The women then fled the Airbnb.
Later, after 911 was called, officers found the women near the Airbnb. They arrested 24-year-old Audrey Schump and brought her to the Davidson County Jail.
The Rolex was recovered by deputies as Schump was being booked into jail.
