Respectfully, what is there to be happy about in Libya in 2025? 
Between the slavery, rapes, rebels, militias, jihadis, poverty, and lack of government services they should be at the bottom of the list.
All three are peaceful, stable countries with decent govt services and upward mobility for locals.

Im suprised the relatively wealthier nations of egypt, ghana, and kenya didnt rank higher.
