"We are the Fury"
When last I checked Mariota was quoted as not only having thrown zero interceptions in camp, but also being "perfect". Today, however, he went 12 of 21 with with 2 "almost" interceptions in camp. Yesterday too Kurt Warner said Mariota only completed about half his passes with no interceptions. Last year, Football Outsiders ranked Tennessee's pass defense near the bottom (26th) of the league, so that puts Mariota's performance into troubling perspective. He was an underwhelming 6 of 9 in the team portion today, which is about 55%, and against a weak Tennessee secondary to boot. I predict Mariota is going to have a tumultuous rookie year to say the least.
