They can't make a Hulk movie because Universal still have the rights. They could still sort of do the storyline by intergrating in another character's movie. The storyline that really needs to be done is World War Hulk in an Avengers movie

What u guys talking about. Marvel already made a hulk movie. I'm pretty sure they using him in a team capacity for now
