It's hard to compare dudes from different eras. Kanyes beats were more sophisticated, but Marleys beats were more raw. Beats made just to snap on lyrically. He's more of an MC's producer, Kanye was a super producer that anyone could hop on and sound good.

I'll take Marley. Juice Crew was LEGENDARY, and Marley was the in house producer.

Kanye was dope as hell early in his career, but I wouldn't put him above Marley.

A lot of Kanyes beats don't stand out to me. His early to mid 2000's stuff was great tho.

Marley got a lot of timeless classics. Beats he made over 25 years ago that still knock

And I'm into quality over quantity
