That pitch was a fastball clocked at 88 mph, which is pedestrian in comparison to other pitchers. Imagine if it was a cat who threw 95-98, or Aroldis Chapman, who stays touching 100-102 on the radar gun.... :whew:

One of the nastiest injuries I've seen in baseball. The pitcher was legitimately shook after that pitch. They should have pulled him after that, but he hit someone after that too. His voice was cracking in the post game interview talking about it & how he felt so bad about it :sadcam:

He hit Stanton, but he swung so it was strike 2. He hit the next guy, but he swung so it was strike 3. He hit two batters, and got a strikeout. :mjlol:
