The biggest problem with Windows phones and the masses? Ignorance.
You are used to your andriod and IOS ways of gathering info/entertainment
So when you look at Windows phone, you instantly are looking for another platforms features
Spottify/etc are cool apps. But Windows phone has things built into it so that you won't need things like that
Nokia Music is the best music app there is IMO. I'm sure there is something out there better, and a person who never used Nokia Music will tell you about it
It has better music mixes than Pandora, you can download any mix to listen to offline, it gives you info on an artist if they are performing nearby anytime soon.
It has a built in GPS (here drive) which has never took me a retarded way like other GPS apps do. Also works online or off. You can not have service at all.. don't pay your bill. You can still download and use the GPS if needed.
The Camera on these phones (minus the 521) shyt on all other cameras. Not sure what this model has, but the previous has a 41mp. The ICON has a 21mp camera (In comparison, the new Galaxy S4 has a 13mp camera)
There are a ton of other apps built into the platform that eliminate the need for apps you might be used to.
Even facebook
