“What happened before you doesn’t matter.”
“The past is the past”
“I deserve better”
After the n’th time I heard a chick say that to me I started to learn that I looked like a white knight to the pass arounds who were at their roads end, but also that I could act like I cared and would do right, and smash and then leave afterwards just like the dudes who had them
before me. Had a lot of chicks break down and cry
to me, but I’d always tell them “At least I gave you more than them other dudes did, just not gonna marry or have kids with you.”
Did that for a bit, but held out and ended up tying the knot to a woman with high self esteem and a solid family background who valued education and morals.
I would tell any young man: as long as you are not married to them and do not have kids with them,
you can still recover from any negative impact. You can’t get time back but that’s negligible considering how much time we waste in our lives on superfluous things, and money can always be made back since you had what it took as a man to make it in the first place.
It may hurt your ego and people may snicker and laugh a little bit, but at the end of the day you still can walk away and you have the freedom to move forward in life without that person attached to you permanently. There are many men paying alimony and child support to those types and they hate every day of their lives. There are men who have done illegal things and are now in jail behind a woman behaving with low moral compass(those men that killed their wives from having affairs, etc) You don’t have to do that if you can walk away from the table.
Women have sex lives just like men do. But a woman being a pass around for a group of friends, is a no-no for a man liking to be in a relationship unless the man is into that type of lifestyle(swinging, etc.) If that man was that kind of guy, he would not have made that thread, he would have been elated to find a promiscuous woman to make the spectacle of his sexual and psychological interest.
Keep it so you can walk away. Even if your pride is hurt for a minute, okay take your loss, everybody’s taken some, but don’t shackle yourself and have a lifelong handicap.
