I don't believe for 1 second that the judges, prosecutors haven't seen that breakfast club interview by the end of the week. Whether they use it against him or not is a diff story
What does any of this have to do with the case he's facing? he hasn't been convicted of anything, just accused and what he's accused of has no relation to any of that. People just drawing connections just to be drawing them
He's being charged with securities fraud not for price gouging. He defrauded rich people and used other rich people's money to pay back the same rich people he defrauded. He's in deep shyt. You don't get away with that.
