Can't remember the last time I watched a show with a more unlikable protagonist.

Just the *advice" he gives the writers is enough to make him hateable.

Good show though. Halfway through episode 7.

You could tell Yahya loved every minute of working with Ben Kingsley.

Finally got to binge the show and was pleasantly surprised by how good it was and like the story's focus on his Hollywood journey as opposed to the superhero aspect. Wasn't sure where they were going with the end and Chuck but feel like for as well-thought out of a plan it was for him to find a way in it was such a stupid plan to execute once inside. They should be open to doing a 2nd season, especially if its been getting solid reviews.

binged the show, really enjoyed it and hope we get a season 2. Idc if its not connected to anything, they should make more of these without any connections to the main timeline

:patrice: It was cool from an acting and character development perspective. Not enough superhero-ness for me....6.5 to 7 out of 10.
That's what made it better to me. It would've felt out of place with what was established if he suddenly started fighting one on one with some supervillain in the last episode. Imo, comic adaptations should be able to breakaway from that just like actual comics do

Been picking up steam slowly with black comic fans that Marvel been doing this under promoting thing with black projects. Feige is clearly out his element in 2025 soon to be 2026
Look at Daredevil right now. It isn't even a race thing, Disney is just complete ass at marketing their shows. Three weeks away from a new season and you wouldn't be able to tell.
