Weird to not have him in the flick …. I was going to be in the theater with a purple mask and a holster .

He got taken into Wakandan custody at the end of Falcon and Winter Soldier.

Yeah, Bucky is the fan favorite character of the cast by far.

Marvel obviously wants Yelena (Florence Pugh) to be the "new Black Widow" since Natasha (ScarJo) is old af.

The fallout with Johansson was one of the reasons why Chapek got fired and Iger took back over. shyt was lookin’ bleak for Disney a couple years ago.

After Loki stop showing his ass, Thor went back to Asgard. Hulk don't play well with others, so he left. Then Iron Man and Ant man and Wasp left. So, Cap had to recruit a bunch of former villains to keep the Avengers going (Scarlet Witch, Quicksilver, Hawkeye, Black widow)

The concept of turning bad guys into good guys goes back to that

So far they have brought back RDJ as Doom (a different character from Iron Man) and Chris Evans as The Human Storm for a cameo in D&W (a previous role he had). That's not much.

I'm excited to see this flop.

they kept everyone comic accurate. no race-swaps for the anti-woke crusaders to jump on. Just a team of antihero-adjacent white-presenting background characters. shyt gonna hit the ground with a thud.

that said, they're willing to spend millions to:

• establish The Sentry for later use
• explain why Bucky is missing from CA4
• justify Yelena taking up the Black Widow mantle

because I can zero other things this movie will accomplish besides wasting money.
