A few mistakes:
1) deadpool was shooting with an automatic at gambit and gambit deflected the bullets with his stick. Gambit cannot move faster than bullets!!!
2) Luther was about to kill captain America and spideys spider sense was tingling. His spider sense does not work on behalf of someone else being in danger.
