It just makes zero sense to not start Manziel. Browns aren't making the playoffs and even if they get there, mediocre fakkit Hoyer isn't going to take them far. There were so many plays Sunday when the coverage was smothering where you knew if Manziel was out there he would've picked up first downs on the ground.

The numbers imply Dalton doesn't perform well against the Browns. Last time the two teams faced off, the Browns stymied the Bengals' offence. Manziel's number thus far have been stellar.
