I thought The Boy was done?

2025-is-officially-drakes-biggest-streaming-year-on-spotify-v0-1t8sintlbf7g1.jpeg

Why he doing merch collabs with Marvel and still having the biggest streaming year of his career if he cooked?

He had the most streams out of all rappers and released an R&B collab album. GOAT shyt. What happens next year when he breaks even more records with ICEMAN due to the rule changes that he’ll greatly benefit from?

This is still stupid. A stream should never count as a sale as it two different things altogether. If they want to keep up with the times, the charts should be 100% streaming and there should be a separate sales chart. Making streams equivalent to a sale never made sense. A stream is a separate metric and should be treated as such. It would have been like trying to make airplay equivalent to a sale.

Music isn't really being purchased like that any more. More importantly, the new music isn't being purchased. It should be telling considering the amount of old albums that are still on the charts.

It’s basically like when the NBA instituted the play-in to make sure LeBron/Lakers didn’t miss the playoffs
???? The Lakers would've made the playoffs regardless of the play in, the play in actually put the Lakers in more DANGER of losing the spit lmao. They were gonna be 7/8 no matter what, that's why LeBron said whoever came up with it should be fired and he and AD had to rush back into the season.

The NBA came up with the play in during the Bubble season (when the Lakers were the #1 seed) and announced it would be a permanent fixture before the 2021 season even began.

If it was trying to get anyone in the playoffs it'd probably be Zion or Dame
