When most apps these days are cloud native then the only have so many host providers to choose from. Like we saw last night between AWS, Azure, and GCP if either of the three goes down it would cause major issues.
Not to mention the number of apps that cross platform in some way shape or form (using AWS for storage and Azure for app service hosting etc.)...yeah it's kinda scary how much rely on these cloud platforms to be up 24/7
