None of those trademarks are claiming to be a "lineage" they are all just trademarked names for specific businesses. The owner of the trademark for "African American" Black Beauty products isn't going around waving a flag of lineage. The "Irish" General Construction company isn't waving a flag of lineage either. They are just names attached to businesses. The only one claiming to be a lineage and a business is FBA.

And you lied about ADOS. The application for trademarking ADOS with Yvette Carnell is "under process" it's not "issued and active" like FBA.

We all grew up Knowing that hip hop is multi cultural. The people who started it obviously didn’t have a problem with that fact because it was integrated very early on.
