How do you go about it?

Back in the days working at grocery stores, call centers, etc. I didn't give a fukk. I smoked everyday. I used to smoke in the parking garage on my break then go back to work. Everybody did. Talked about it openly and everything.

It's not wise to do that when you're older and you move up society's ladder a bit. I only smoke on weekends now, usually by myself. I got a 12 hour cutoff time before starting the work week...my job requires sharp analytics and multi-tasking, so I don't want any lingering effects.

I only smoke loud, no trash. I only use a pipe. No blunts unless I have company or at someone else's place. I use a lot of ozium and cologne and make sure it's never on my clothes. I never mention it to any co-workers at all no matter how cool I think they are. I make sure I get all my errands and other responsibilities for the day done before I blaze.

When you're in your 30's and settled, it seems less and less people around you smoke. It's a transition managing it and you gotta keep it on the low for reputation/career purposes.

I wish it would become legal, and you can just casually smoke a joint in public around anyone like drinking a beer. One can only dream.

The FBI says its no-tolerance marijuana policy is forcing the agency to turn away its best hacker recruits.

I have to hire a great work force to compete with those cyber criminals, and some of those kids want to smoke weed on the way to the interview,” FBI Director James Comey told the White Collar Crime Institute on Monday, according to The Wall Street Journal.

Its only sohh much longer the government can hold out.

I personally smoke weed and I do it almost everywhere I go.I got a pretty good job my fam living and we out here.I told my girl the first state to legalize weed around here we are GONE.

Michigan and Illinois are suppose to be the closest around here and I ain't gonna have no problem moving.

my friend is an engineer and still smokes when he isn't working.

I definitely wouldn't want to go to a professional intense job after a whole night of blazing out. I don't see how you have lingering effects just from smoking alone after you're off work? It's not like being slightly high is going to murder all your critical thinking abilities and past experience in your job :heh: Responsibilities getting in the way of weed smoking is only natural and it's how your life should be, get your shyt done and smoke later.

People around you professionally blaze, you just don't know it

it'll be legal soon anyway.

Bruh, you don't know what my job is like on a daily basis. It's math, science, constant multi-tasking on several different things at once, and getting it done on short deadlines and the work being accurate, or you fukk up the whole operation. I can do it after a night of smoking, but it's just not a good idea. You may start to feel different about smoking everyday when you get older btw.

I'm sure they do. But it's unspoken.

Depends where you at breh, you can't just trust cops like that, because they literally try to get you to admit guilt. If you got a gram, find a good nook in your car to hide in it, say you have no drugs on you and consent to search, they probably won't find shyt or won't feel like searching your shyt. But yea, way more people blaze than you think, especially in the professional world. There is no reason an adult can DRINK responsibly and not effect their job but they can't smoke responsibly?

My cousin is a Veterinarian and she smokes bud. She's also on call most of the time too so she can't go back into the job smelling like bud. She don't need to smoke everyday like most people I know so she hasn't gone as far as getting a vape pen, just a little pipe to smoke in the yard (she don't want her crib smelling like bud).

No, I totally get that you have an intellectually intense as job and you want to be in your "null" state when you perform these tasks. Lets say you get off work at 6pm, you smoke a joint at 7pm, you still feel it the next morning? I seriously doubt that would be the reason you fukk up the whole operation. I mean, yeah, if you smoked a joint before work, thats fukking retarded, but I don't really feel a joint smoked 10+ hours before work the next day. Anyway, only smoking on weekends seems fine to me.

I don't think it's that serious...I work in IT and I'd bet that a LOT of my coworkers smoke. :heh:

If you're worried about the smell you could always make some edibles. :manny:

Or just keep it to weekends/holidays/days off.

Personally I don't think it should be a big deal to smoke in the evenings as long as you're not up all night and shyt. Now if you're blazing before work or on break, that's pretty retarded.
