Wealth inequality is bad. WTF?!
Capitalism takes different forms in different countries and it’s the legal framework that ultimately determines how well capitalism does or doesn’t “work”.
...it is nice to see an empirical example of popular progressive polices not solving gross inequality in the often lauded Scandinavian countries.

It seems that human society leads to wealth inequality.
Pointing out any given system as being the main culprit while ignoring every other system that has resulted in the same seems disingenuous or...well...ignorant.

Why are we talking about 'systems' like they are in some competition? There is no one system/ideology that solves all our collective problems. We have to use everything at our disposal that means marrying these systems into overall society where they fit best not pitting them against each other.

Addressing your point about 'Pointing out any given system as being the main culprit' as being dumb because any one system will inevitably fall short. Nothing weird about it.

I think wealth inequality is inevitable no matter what system. Look at animal societies someone has more women someone takes more food etc

I mean we should be able to contrive a system that addresses that but it would have to be an agile and maleable hybrid.

Wealth inequality is not inevitable if there's a decision to eliminate it from the start.
IF these are all social constructs that we adhere to, then they're by their very nature
malleable and changeable and those who seek to reinforce the old status quo

There hasn't been an economic system tried by Man that didn't have inequality.
What's important, though, is that the ones at the bottom are in decent/good shape.
