I refuse to believe that some of the Black women who were on the Maury show didn’t know who their kids father was. You can’t be that much of a hoe to let any and every nikka shoot your club up.

Nobody was forced to go on those shows. Jerry and Maury had some of the trashiest white people I’ve seen until Honey Boo Boo, and Jersey Shore came out. The entertainment industry is going to capitalize on what’s popular. If people are tuning in, they will continue to showcase those types of people. They only care about money.

It doesn’t help that they were paid actors :francis:

They were metaphorically selling crack to their own people.

Some were indeed actors or people trying to get into acting. You can YouTube the same person play different people on different shows.

But some people were just people who wanted to get on TV and act a fool. I got called to be on Tyra. I said "nope". Didn't even ask what the premise was.

The court shows were quarter truths. 2 of the people I know personally that were on the shows actually filed small claims in local court and they agreed to fly to Chicago and do the show because the other person did too. Long story short, each side tells their story to the producers and the producers feed them lines. Like my boy had to say "YOU WERE MY BEST FRIEND!!!!" All dramatic and shyt. Then my other boy that was on it, he just stood next to his wife because she was the one who filed a claim cause their dog got attacked, they wanted her to whip up some tears but she didn't really do it. My boy just stood there all uninteresting and shyt.
