Can’t help that Embiid is hurt but this falls all the way on Morey’s hands. Morey should have offered the Jazz everything they could except the pick that got McCain, since it couldn’t be traded anyway or Maxey for Markkennen. This guy just focuses on the names he knows the most. He knows nothing about putting together a complete team. He just builds top heavy teams that’s why I didn’t want him. Watching Houston from afar I thought he was overrated.

Morey giving PG that contract since he was only bidding with himself was dumb. The Clippers let him walk and after signing Pope the Magic couldn’t sign him anymore. I love Biid but he already 2 more yrs under his current contract. There was no reason to rush and give him an extension. I give him credit he drafted well but Maxey and McCain are the only remaining players he drafted.

At this point I think Nurse needs to go. Not because hes done a bad job, I think hes league average and coaches don't really make a huge difference as long as its not Glen Rivers.

But I think he's pissed off too many referees to be a coach, at least for a little while until it blows over.
