Maxo Kream has been arrested and charged with two counts of engaging in an organized criminal act, a felony crime.
XXL confirmed his arrest with the Ford Bend County Jail, where Maxo is currently in custody, in Richmond, Texas. His bail for each count is set at $100,000.
