I was listening to 107.9 in Philly which is a classic R&B station. I've never heard them play that song, I've never heard the song anywhere, apart from playing the CD myself.

Yeah, I've heard random songs that aren't singles play on the radio like that sometimes, depending on the station and time of day or night too

because the people who work at radio stations have set playlists that they have to play,; i wonder if sometimes if it's just been a slow day or after they've played what they had to play, if they have any extra time to play something, they just play it inbetween the set playlist, commercials and their shows
