First of all you've GOT to be kidding me or no nothing of my personal posting history.

I am the champion of positive messages and actions within Hip Hop. Nas's Daughters was on the best Hip Hop songs of last year and rightfully deserved the Grammy for Best Hip Hop song. I've NEVER dissed any rapper for social commentary or positive lyrical contributions


With that said, Hip,Hop is a genre that is partially built off battling. It is the lifeblood of the very culture. We can give Nas, Common, Lupe Fiasco, Saigon, and Kendrick Lamar props for their positive lyrics, social commentary, and focus on maturing as both artists and men while at the same time we can give Nas props for Ether, Common For The bytch In Yoo, or K.Dot for Control. One doesn't have to supersede the other and to attempt to do so while invoking the name of a Cac Shock Newscaster is the epitome of stupidity.

Nas the same man who made Ether just helped a homeless father raise $50,000 towards providing his family with a new home. What the fukk did Bill O'Reilly have to say about that?

The FANS brought Kendrick's album and made it go Platinum without any disses. That entire album's concept was about coming to the realization that Gang life and a ghetto mentality isn't ultimately a productive mindset for young black males. You act like Kendrick dropped this joint and is now moving units....

The whole net was buzzing with POSITIVE acclaim for GKMC, and most importantly not just the net in REAL life as well. The Source put Kendrick on the Cover with a crown on his head. Everyone from Nas to Kanye West had nothing but praise for the album, and again it went PLATINUM. When was the last Hip Hop debut album to go platinum? With no crossover singles? I don't know where you were last year but the buzz for GKMC was crazy.

If he hadn't put out a classic, successful album then nobody would have ever given a fukk about the Control joint in the first place

You do realize a big reason his verse is buzzing is because he's now one of the most popular rappers out, big part because of his album which Ziggly described already.
