When is it supposed to kick in again? And how would one actually go about acquiring some? Can an MD resident get a scrip in DC?

I'm curious about trying, since I got the chronic lumbago (pun possibly intended).

You can't get a DC card as an MD resident. I thought it passed in Maryland already? Just google the shyt and find out.
