This is why -

Delivery drivers are stressed. One mistake and they can get removed from the service entirely. He should have been okay with you giving him the code, but I'm sure his instincts flipped on once you refused to say your name. They'll pull up and someone will pretend like they're waiting on delivery and try to snatch it up.

Both of you were in the wrong in all honesty. You should have gave breh your name so he knew for sure it was you and delivery dude shouldn’t had been acting so challenging.

Eh. Dude probably needed to confirm your name as part of the protocol. Not your fault but there are a lot of scammers and people who steal food etc. Maybe he could have been less of a dikk but so could you.
